Users of the helpline will have the benefit of our vast collective experience and sector-leading advice free of charge for initial queries. Enquiries will be referred to a senior consultant who will provide a response by email or through a phone-based discussion, as preferred. SLC will seek to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days.
