Of SLC’s feasibility work that has delivered c £400m of successful capital projects, a significant element of this is for cultural and arts venues. The Derby Silk Mill, National Centre of Craft and Design and The Hold – Ipswich Heritage Centre have all been successfully developed through our support. SLC has unique experience in outsourcing cultural services and successfully undertook this in North Kesteven recently through a partnership between the council and Lincs Inspire to operate the Arts Service and National Centre for Craft and Design. We use our sector leading experience to apply to a cultural context and can deliver significant savings and impact through SMART procurement.
