SLC and Set Square Surveyors are thrilled to announce the Set Square Logoformalisation of their new partnership, working together to optimise the value and minimise lifecycle costs of SLC’s clients’ leisure assets.
Set Square provides a comprehensive range of Building Surveying services to the leisure industry with expertise in Dilapidations Management and Condition Surveys. Working with SLC they have developed leisure and culture specific condition surveys and dilapidations advice bespoke to the requirements of the sector.

Set Square have already assisted SLC in previous projects at North Kesteven District Council and West Lindsey District Council. They will continue to by providing condition surveys, dilapidation and contract management support.
