SLC continue to deliver sector-leading advice to local authorities through our unique and highly acclaimed Think Tank seminars and SLC is delighted to announce further details about our London Think Tank on 8 February 2018 – Optimising your Leisure Procurement.
This facilitated peer learning event provides expert advice on the approach to leisure procurement to help you achieve the very best outcomes for your service.
Aimed towards Senior Officers and Members, our Think Tank is designed to help you whatever stage you are in the procurement journey and provides an opportunity to meet with colleagues from other authorities, organisations and experts involved in the transformation of services in a challenging financial climate.
This invitation-only event has been scheduled for Thursday 8 February 2018, 9.30am – 4.30pm in central London.
SLC’s senior consulting team will be facilitating the sessions and on hand to provide you with valuable insight and tips on ensuring your new leisure contract meets your required financial, health and social outcomes.
Why invest in attending a Think Tank?
Procuring a new leisure contract is likely to be one of your authority’s most important strategic decisions and will set out how your service is to be delivered over the next ten years or more. It’s critical that you get it right.
SLC’s unique approach to facilitating our Think Tanks ensures that you are the key contributor, supported by input from sector leading experts and your own peers. SLC will also provide you with ‘surgeries’ to discuss your own project in detail and explore opportunities and ideas with sector-leading procurement experts.
